HOW TO ENTER

Individuals will gain entries into the prize draws for undertaking the following actions

• Completing the current The Great New Zealand Business Survey prior to the close date
• Referring friends to The Great New Zealand Business Survey who go on to complete the survey prior to the close date
• Responding to marketing messages or offers on-site, or sent to them by The Great New Zealand Business Survey.  Unless stated otherwise members will earn a maximum of 1 entry per message or offer.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 16 years or over. Employees and immediate families of The Great New Zealand Business Survey and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. If you are completing this survey for another individual, you warrant that you have sought and received their permission, and that they agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of The Great New Zealand Business Survey.
4. The Great New Zealand Business Survey reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Only one completed survey per person per domain permitted.
5. Promotion commences 01/07/10. Entries close 11:59pm EST on 31/12/10. Draws will take place on 07/01/11 at Level 3, 4-16 Yurong Street, East Sydney NSW 2010 Australia at 3pm EST. Winners will be notified by mail, email and telephone and the names of winners of prizes valued at over $100 will be published in The New Zealand Herald on 14/01/11. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The first valid entry drawn will win their choice of $15,000 cash (NZD), or $15,000 off their mortgage, or a car valued at $15,000 (including all on-road costs), or $15,000 worth of travel (including all applicable taxes and booking fees) 
7. Total prize value is $ 15,000.
8. Any costs in excess of the value of the prize (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Great New Zealand Business Survey shall not be liable for a prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions specified on any prize literature.
9. The Great New Zealand Business Survey may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary at 3:00pm on 08/04/11 in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Winners will be notified by mail, email and telephone and the names of winners of prizes valued at over $100 will be published in The New Zealand Herald on 22/04/11. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
11. The Great New Zealand Business Survey is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.  The Great New Zealand Business Survey assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
12. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrants responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
13. The Great New Zealand Business Survey shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. The Great New Zealand Business Survey collects entrants personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that The Great New Zealand Business Survey may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to The Great New Zealand Business Survey via their website.
15. All entrants warrant that they are not contravening any state or national laws by entering The Great New Zealand Business Survey prize draw
